• Advised CJ Group on its acquisition of Cau Tre (a public company) and Minh Dat in Vietnam (Awarded Vietnam M&A Forum 2016-2017 Deal of the Year)
• Advised a Korean real estate investment company and security company on the investment in the tallest office building in Vietnam
• Advised LG Display on its establishment of Vietnamese subsidiary
• Advised Dongwon Group on its acquisition of TTP (listed company) and MVP in Vietnam (Awarded Vietnam M&A Forum 2015-2016 Deal of the Year)
• Advised an Asian private equity fund on acquisition of shares in the largest cable manufacturer in Vietnam
• Advised a domestic insurance company on purchase of an office building in Vietnam
• Represented a Korean real estate developer in ICSID investment arbitration filed against the Chinese government
• Represented a large Korean distributor in ICC international arbitration of the dispute regarding acquisition of a hypermarket in China
• Represented Korea Gas Corporation in LCIA international arbitration of the dispute regarding development of gas field in Iraq
• Represented in ICC international arbitration regarding royalty dispute between ETRI and an English technology company
• Advised Hyundai Heavy Industries regarding enforcement of ICC arbitral award regarding acquisition of Hyundai Oilbank
