요약문: This study is to explore determinants of economic performance of ICT venture companies using the case of Daejeon Daedeok Innopolis in South Korea. Research Key concepts are South Korean ICT Industry, Innopolis, and Venture Company. The effect of private equity was weak because of the specific circumstances of the ICT industry in South Korea and relatively smaller than government support. Therefore, this study concludes that the government should cover the role of private equity.

요약문: Korea depends heavily on oil imports. Thus, in Korea, efficient energy management is imperative. For this reason, the current Korean administration is striving to improve its energy infrastructure with the construction of stable energy supplies and reliable systems the implementation of energy policies, such as smart grids, Electric vehicles and the diffusion of renewable energy generation sources. In line with this logic, my research consists of two related parts; first one investigates the relationship between innovation of energy sustainability and paradigm change in conservative industry; second one investigates relationship between energy sustainability and environmental optimization in grid sector. In my first research project, I examined the economic feasibility of Electric Vehicle taxi by using B/C analysis and Conditional Value Method to examine the intangible and tangible advantages of adopting Electric Vehicle as a taxi. This study not only measured the profitability of local taxi enterprise, but also measured the intangible benefits that local citizen and government could acquire through the EV taxi adoption by using conditional valuation method and survey. In my second research project, I examined the economic, environmental, and technological feasibility of hybrid systems by simulating a system composed of renewable energy, an existing grid system, and a diesel generator on Jeju Island in Korea. This study finds that the most economically feasible hybrid system is a grid-connected wind turbine-photovoltaic-battery-converter hybrid system. Given the economic feasibility of this hybrid system, implementing it would decrease the price of electricity in Jeju. Both the implications and limitations of this study will be discussed in the last section of this paper.

요약문: 공대생들 및 연구원들이 기업가 정신을 좀 더 실제적으로 구현할 수 있도록 카이스트와 서울대가 협력하여 교재 연구 및 다양한 커리켜룸을 개발하는 프로젝트를 위한 안건을 요약한 발표이다. 공대 졸업생 및 연구원들의 창업에 대한 현 문제를 제기하고 현재 카이스트에서 이루어지고 있는 다양한 기업가 정신 프로그램을 소개한다. 또한 공대생을 위해 이루어지고 있는 창업 프로그램을 서울대 측에 소개한다. 이를 통해 서울대와 카이스트가 함께 기업가 정신 교재를 개발하자는 안건을 구체적으로 제안하며 이를 발판으로 차 후 더 활발한 협력을 도모하는 것을 목표로 한다.
